Dr. Schwartz must work together with your primary family doctor who may be the family physician or the paediatrician. In order to do so:

 

Step 1:  Meet with your primary doctor

 

Step 2: Establish if he/she agrees to make a formal referral for consultation

 

Step 3: The doctor should then send the request to Dr. Schwartz
